Paper bird controlled by your hands?

I just watched Eight World, and there was some show (Dont know the name) and they showed a guy who made a bird out of paper, and then controlled it by hands, putting them under the bird. How can i make one? And if anybody watched that show, whats its name?Paper bird controlled by your hands?
