It's hard to turn this ship around after thirty years of conservative economic mismanagement that still needs to be cleaned up before the economy can recover.





Our first step is to elect a Democrat President and a Democrat Congress so there will be no gridlock to help us move forward. We must stop Republicans from allowing corporatism to influence what should be PUBLIC policy, not policies designed to benefit private interests.





Republicans don't believe in good government for the People. Our nation has suffered for toooooo long as a result of their domestic and foreign policies.
Yep, that one vote does it all....especially after six years of the Happy Republicans Party and their gifts to business of low taxes, reduced restrictions, favorable bankruptcy law changes, and no new refineries or drilling during their ascendancy.

First it was all Clintons fault, now its all that one vote Democrat fault, its never a Republicans faulty now is it?
Since Bush has vetoed every Democrat bill that's crossed his desk, I guess you would have to blame him.


By the way, the economic downturn started with the housing slump and the devaluation of the dollar...both of which are side effects of Bush's borrow and spend monitary policies and poor regulation of the financial industry.
Interesting that Bush, who has been spending like a drunken sailor, has nothing to do with the economy, but yet...the Dems with 51%, non-veto overriding majority is the source of all our problems

I'm not sure...it usually takes a number of years to fix what others have fcked up so badly the previous years. Doesn't take long for something to go to hell, but it takes awhile to get it back right.

Give Veto overriding majority to congress than you will see.
